Associates earn a $100 for every candidate they refer!


ELIGIBILITY

-Any associate not in a management position can receive referral bonuses for referring candidates.

-Associates in a management position can only receive referral bonuses for referring candidates for a different department, or a different market.

-An associate must not be involved in any way in the selection of the candidate.

 

ABOUT

-A $100 Referral Bonus is awarded to any associate who helps the company recruit new talent by referring someone for any advertised vacancy.

-When a candidate is referred by an associate and the candidate and the associate are still employed 90 days after the candidate's hire date, then the Referral Bonus is paid to the referring associate.

-You can receive the bonus for referring someone to any JMH company.

-The candidate can not be a rehire nor previously employed by any JMH company.

 

RECURRENCE

An associate may refer as many candidates as they wish.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS

The candidate must include the associate’s name on their official employment application. This is the only method for starting the Referral Bonus process.

NOTIFICATION

-The referring associate will receive an email when the candidate is hired.

-The referring associate will receive an email when the bonus requirements have been met or failed.

 

PAYMENT

The bonus will be paid on the next pay check you receive after the bonus is available. It will be noted as "$100 BONUS-Referral".
