Recording Health & Safety incidents are mandated by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration and by the company.


Under federal law, you are entitled to a safe workplace. We provide a workplace free of known health and safety hazards to not only comply with federal law, but for the well being of our associates, customers and the company.


Associates will contact an HR team member or their manager immediately to report a Health & Safety Incident.
