These benefits are non-transferable and subject to change at any time.  Misuse or abuse of this policy may result in loss of privilege and/or disciplinary action.  Please keep in mind to always leave spaces for paying customers, and under no circumstances should associates park in marked Star Spaces.


IMPORTANT: Please make certain Human Resources has your current email address as this is how your personal promo code will be sent to you.


NON-PREMIUM PARKING ASSOCIATES
can receive a 20% off promo code for parking in lots P146, P167, P338, or P375. This code is for personal use only. Please contact hr@jmhcompanies.com to request a code.


PREMIUM PARKING ASSOCIATES

Premium Parking provides the following parking benefit for our associates.  This generous benefit is also accompanied by an off duty parking perk.


WHILE WORKING PARKING BENEFIT

Premium Parking Associates are assigned specific locations in to park your personal vehicle during your work shift.  Additionally, your manager may assign a specific area within each location (such as stacking, buddy spaces, specific floors, etc.) Your parking benefit is valid up to 1 hour before the start of your shift and up to 1 hour after the end of your shift.  You will use your personal promo code within the Premium Parking app every time you park.  This code will be issued to you during your new hire onboarding process. (The code will be emailed to current employees using the email address on file with Human Resources.) Failure to use your personal code while parking may result in immobilization of your vehicle along with payment of a $50 fine to release your vehicle. It is important to remember to verify your vehicle information within the app during each use, especially if you are in a different vehicle than usual. 


AVAILABLE LOCATIONS

You must have an eligible work assignment at the location you're parking at to use your While Working Parking Benefit.


Following are the work sites and the corresponding parking assignments. Parking outside of the parameters of your location’s policy or abuse may result in the immobilization of your vehicle along with payment of a $50 fine to release your vehicle and/or disciplinary action, up to and including termination.


P118 Queen & Crescent Hotel

Associates clocking in to work at this location may park at P194 from 2pm Sunday – 4pm Friday and at P193 from 2pm Friday – 4pm Sunday.   You must use your assigned parking credential to enter and exit P193.  DO NOT Expect to call the Customer Service Center (CSC).  Overnight shifts may park all days at P194 from 10pm – 8am.    


P119 Embassy Suites Hotel

Associates clocking in to work at this location may park at P119 from 2pm Sunday – 4pm Friday and at P156B from 2pm Friday – 4pm Sunday.   Overnight shifts may park all days at P119 from 10pm – 8am.   

 

P121 Doubletree Hotel

Associates clocking in to work at this location may park at P194 from 2pm Sunday – 4pm Friday and at P193 from 2pm Friday – 4pm Sunday.   You must use your assigned parking credential to enter and exit P193.  DO NOT Expect to call the Customer Service Center (CSC).  Overnight shifts may park all days at P194 from 10pm – 8am.  


P124 N.O.P.S.I. Hotel

Associates clocking in to work at this location may park at P184.


P145 Bourbon Garage

Associates clocking in to work at this location may park at P145 from 2pm Sunday – 4pm Friday.  You will be issued an “employee transient ticket” when you enter the garage, self-park your vehicle and place vehicle stub on rearview mirror.   You must lock your vehicle and turn over your keys along with the key tag to the cashier and keep claim ticket to retrieve your keys from the cashier at the end of your shift. Associates park at P193 from 2pm Friday – 4pm Sunday.   You must use your assigned parking credential to enter and exit P193.  DO NOT Expect to call the Customer Service Center (CSC).  Overnight shifts may park all days at P145 from 10pm – 8am.


P187 Crowne Plaza Hotel

Associates clocking in to work at this location may park at P145 from 2pm Sunday – 4pm Friday.  You will be issued an “employee transient ticket” when you enter the garage, self-park your vehicle and place vehicle stub on rearview mirror.  You must lock your vehicle and turn over your keys along with key tag to the cashier and keep claim ticket to retrieve your keys from the cashier at the end of your shift.   Associates park at P193 from 2pm Friday – 4pm Sunday.   You must use your assigned parking credential to enter and exit P193.  DO NOT Expect to call the Customer Service Center (CSC).  Overnight shifts may park all days at P145 from 10pm – 8am.


P193 Whitney Garage

Associates clocking in to work at this location may park at this location at all times while working. Associates assigned parking at Whitney garage (P193) (regardless of work assignment) will be issued an associate access card to be used to enter and exit the garage.  Any lost or stolen access cards should be reported immediately to hr@jmhcompanies.com.  Your manager will provide the replacement card. Frequent replacements could result in disciplinary action and a replacement fee of $20 (deducted from incentive pay).


P298 Windsor Court Hotel

Associates clocking in to work at this location may park at P298 from 2pm Sunday – 4pm Friday and at P193 from 2pm Friday – 4pm Sunday.   You must use your assigned parking credential to enter and exit P193.  DO NOT Expect to call the Customer Service Center. Overnight shifts may park all days at P298 from 10pm – 8am. 


Corporate Associates

Parking will be assigned to you by your manager. When traveling between locations for meetings please be certain to use your promo code in the app.

Associates with a work assignment at one of these locations may park at the corresponding location at all times while working. Parking at these locations may require a different method such as a parking card, reservations or logging your license plate into a 'house account'. Contact your manager for more information. You may not park at a location that you are not 'on-the-clock' for.


Houston Associates
Associates may only park at the location they are scheduled for and they may only park while at work.
   

THE PREMIUM PARKING APP

   

Download the Premium Parking app from the Apple or Android store to a personal or work issued mobile device to use your parking benefit or parking perk. You may also use the website (http://premiumparking.com) from a desktop or mobile device. You must use a credit or debit card to sign up for a Premium Parking account on the app. Your card will not be charged when you use your promo code. Make sure that the 'Total' says $0.00 before clicking 'Pay Now' or your credit card will be charged and you will not be refunded. You must click the 'Pay Now' button even if your total is zero. Your transaction is not recorded until you click the 'Pay Now' button.




OFF DUTY PARKING PERK


This currently only applies to Premium Parking Associates who work in the New Orleans area.


Premium Parking Associates may enjoy a parking perk while off duty.  This perk is for occasional, personal use only, up to 10 hours per use (not intended for daily use).  The authorized parking locations are P146, P167, P169, P338, and P375.  To park, you will use your personal promo code within the Premium Parking app every time you park. 


It is important to remember to verify your vehicle information within the app during each use, especially if you are in a
different vehicle than usual.


If you feel your vehicle was immobilized in error, please fill out an appeal at http://admiralsecurity.us/appeals.


Please keep in mind to always leave spaces for paying customers, and under no circumstances should associates park in marked Star Spaces.


This parking perk will not be honored during the second week of Mardi Gras.

EXAMPLES OF THEFT OF PARKING


  • Allowing others the use of your personal promo code or granting access to free or discounted parking 
    • This includes: coworkers, former employees, family members, significant others, friends, strangers, etc.
  • Collecting money or bartering for the use of your personal promo code or granting access to free or discounted parking
  • The use of your personal promo code concurrently with more than one vehicle at a time
  • Utilizing your personal promo code to park at unauthorized locations
  • Off duty parking at work assignment locations, if those locations are not within the allowable off duty “perk” lots
  • Please note:  In order to use your personal promo code, YOU MUST BE WITH THE VEHICLE THAT IS PARKING


CONCLUSION


Parking outside of the parameters of your location’s benefit or abuse of your parking perk may result in the immobilization of your vehicle along with payment of a $50 fine to release your vehicle, loss of parking privileges, and/or disciplinary action, up to and including termination. The sharing or selling of your personal code is theft.


Managers are given daily reports of all associates parked at their locations.
