HOW DO I GET TO PAYCOM?
WHICH LOGIN DO I CHOOSE?
If you are prompted for Client, Employee or Accountant Login, choose EMPLOYEE. The other options are for management purposes. If you are a manager, you will use the Employee login for your personal information and the Client login to manage your associates. Click here for more information on the Client login.
HOW DO I LOGIN IF I'VE NEVER LOGGED IN BEFORE
Check your personal email account for a welcome email from Paycom. If you do not see it, ask your manager to resend it. If you no longer have access to the personal email account you provided during on-boarding, then email firstname.lastname@example.org to provide your name and the new email address.
WHAT IS MY PASSWORD?
If you know your username and the answers to your security questions, then you can reset your password yourself by clicking on "Forgot Password?" from the login page. If you do not know your password or the answers to your security questions, then click here to request your new temporary password and to clear your security questions and answers from your manager.
WHAT IS MY USERNAME?
Your original Paycom username was emailed to you. It started with 0ai93. Search your email for it. Also, you my have changed your username to your email address. -still don't know what it is? Click here to request your username from your manager.
WHAT ARE THE ANSWERS TO MY SECURITY QUESTIONS?
Your password questions were chosen by you and the answers were provided by you. The company can not provide them to you. Email email@example.com and request a reset of your security questions. You will be sent your username, a temporary password, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. When you login you will have to choose new security questions and you will have to provide new answers.
